2025 Charity: The Milo Foundation

We are pleased to announce our charity for 2025, the Milo Foundation animal shelter and sanctuary!

Founded in 1994, the Milo Foundation consists of a no-kill shelter located at Point Richmond in California, as well as a 283-acre animal sanctuary located in Mendocino county. Milo Point Richmond, also known as MPR, features three dog yards and a 3/4-acre dog park. Milo is saving and adopting out an average of 1,400 animals each year.

The Milo Foundation believes all creatures deserve a good life and they provide the necessary resources to help all kinds of homeless pets find their forever homes. In addition to community education, volunteer opportunities, and adoption services, Milo provides sanctuary for animals needing more time and space to have a quality of life until the special homes they need can be found.

Monetary contributions are always appreciated, and if you want to donate in a different way, volunteering and pet fostering are excellent ways to help pets while they are finding new homes.
