Listen Up Crew: Artist Alley Lottery Now Open

Listen Up Crew: Artist Alley Lottery Now Open

PAWCon is excited to announce that this year we having our first Artists Alley!  If you’re interested in joining us, please fill out the application form here. The lottery is now closed. Be sure to let us know which day(s) you’re interested in.  A limited number of table spaces will be available each day and will be allocated by lottery until the space each day is full.  If you have expressed an interest in more than one day and have already won a space for one of your days, we may give preference to artists who have not already won a space before giving you additional days.  There are two table spaces to each actual physical table, just like in the Shopping District.

We will notify you via E-mail before the start of the con if you have won a table space, and for which days.  Please check in with the Artists Alley Lead no later than half an hour after the Shopping District opens each day.  If you don’t check in on time, we will give your table space for that day to a walk-up applicant.  Once you have checked in, you may take any available table space.  Walk-ups are welcome if any table spaces are unclaimed after the check-in window has ended.  If more walk-ups express an interest than we have unclaimed spaces, we will do a day-of lottery.

Table spaces don’t include electricity or any supplies.  Table spaces are $25 per day.

Artists must provide a valid California Seller’s Permit before taking their table space and must keep the permit at their table while vending.  If you don’t already have one, you can get one here.  You don’t need to have one to submit an application, only to actually take your table space.

Artists must comply with the Artists Alley agreement, including restrictions on content.
